Ali obtained his law degree from the University of Montreal in 2015 and completed his bar in 2017, after working as a Parliamentary Assistant in Ottawa. He joined our firm in 2021. As part of his academic career, Ali also had the opportunity to study law in Beijing and Aix-en-Provence.

Ali’s practice focuses on commercial and corporate law, including share and asset transactions, commercial leasing, and financing.

His strong analytical skills and practical strategic advice, as well as his experience in both complex transactions and negotiations, enable him to advise our clients in an effective manner and find a favorable solution tailored to each situation.

Ali stays involved in his community by sitting on non-profit boards and volunteering with organizations close to his heart. Outside of the office, he has a particular interest in politics, sailing, and writing.
