Andréjean obtained his Bachelor's degree in Civil Law from the University of Sherbrooke in 2011. After completing his internship in a Crown corporation, he has practiced for several years in civil and commercial litigation, mainly in the fields of real estate and construction law.

He also holds a juris doctor and a Master's degree in common law and transnational law from the University of Sherbrooke, which allow him to offer services tailored to the needs of our varied clientele.

Andréjean has a practice focused on civil and commercial litigation. He has acquired solid experience in the field of construction law, at the contractual level, as well as with respect   to   bids,   statutory   offenses,   notably  under  the

Act respecting occupational health and safety and the Act respecting labour relations, vocational training and workforce management in the construction industry (Bill R‑20), commercial leases and real estate law, particularly regarding manufacturer’s and product liability.

His understanding of the business world and his focus on achieving clients' goals has allowed him to develop significant experience in negotiations and dispute resolution.

In addition, Andréjean has been a speaker on numerous occasions at conferences relating to civil and commercial litigation mainly in the real estate and construction fields.
