Profile

Frank is one of the founders of the firm. He received his Bachelor of Civil Law in 1978 and his Bachelor of Common Law in 1979 from McGill University and was awarded the gold medals for the highest academic standing in respect of both degrees. He is a member of the Bars of Quebec and Ontario.
