A versatile and skillful transactional attorney, her past strong litigation experience provides a great advantage to our clients, ensuring that all angles are covered.

After completing her studies at Collège de Bois-de-Boulogne, Nadine obtained her Bachelor of Civil Law in 2008 from Université de Montréal. She joined our firm after articling with us in 2009.

Nadine assists and advises clients in various industries, in a broad array of commercial transactions. Prior to joining our commercial department, Nadine practiced for many years in civil and commercial litigation, including construction law, real estate law, prior claims and hypothecs and employment law.  She pleaded regularly before all Quebec civil and administrative Courts and has pleaded before the Federal Court of Appeal of Canada.  Her strong litigation background allows her to anticipate potential conflictual situations, which serves our clients both in the negotiation process and the drafting of agreements.

She has developed a keen interest to support start-ups by advising them notably on corporate structure and employment matters.

Nadine is a sessional lecturer for the Commercial Law (Sale) Course at the Faculty of Law at McGill University where she has taught since 2010. She has also given several conferences, including a conference accredited by the OACIQ on commercial leases to more than 300 real estate brokers and a conference on various employment issues to human resource specialists.

Nadine is a recipient of the Lieutenant-Governor Prize and the Millenium Excellence Scholarship offered by the Canada Millenium Scholarship Foundation. During her university studies in law, she attended the University of Lyon II-Lumière in France.
