Profile

Stéphane Jetté received both a Bachelor of Civil Law and a Bachelor of Common Law in 2015 from McGill University, where he was awarded the Yoine Goldstein Book Prize (in Bankruptcy and Insolvency Law), as well as the Caron Memorial Trophy Cup (relating to the Law of Security). He joined our firm after articling with us in 2015.

Stéphane is also involved in various aspects of corporate law and commercial transactions, such as financings, mergers and acquisitions and corporate reorganisations, as well as with the drafting and registration of hypothecs.

In law school, Stéphane was Vice-President of External Relations (Sports Law Division) for the McGill Entertainment & Sports Law Association (MESLA). Prior to law school, Stéphane graduated with distinction from Concordia University, where he received a Bachelor of Arts in Honours Psychology and was consistently on the Dean's List.
